The promotion is a monthly prize draw run by Discover Blackburn on behalf of Blackburn BID.

Entry is free and completed via the online form accessed through the Discover Blackburn postcard or at https://discoverblackburn.co.uk/welcome/.

Entrants must be aged 18 or over and residents of the UK.

One entry per person per month. Multiple entries within the same month will not be counted.

Entries must be submitted by 23:59 on the last day of each calendar month. Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted.

One winner will be selected at random each month. There are no runners-up.

The winner will be contacted via email within 7 days of the closing date.

The winner must respond within 2 days of initial contact. If no response is received, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.

The prize will vary each month and will be as described at the time of promotion.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available unless stated otherwise.

The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary.

The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied by third parties connected with this promotion.
