The Black Dyke Band were formed in West Yorkshire in 1855, they are one of the most famous brass bands in the world.
With a rich history and unparalleled musical legacy, they are the most recorded band ever with more than 350 recordings.
Delivering a sound described as “powerful, majestic and full of emotion”, they perform a diverse repertoire, from classical masterpieces to contemporary compositions and their concerts have a reputation for being highly entertaining, featuring world class soloists and special guests.
