Come and create a paperbag lantern with Blackburn Festival of Light artists at The Tipis, Cathedral Square, between 12- 4pm on Sunday 8th December, ready to carry in the parade on Saturday 14th December from 4pm.

This is an accessible workshop that is suitable for all ages and abilities.

Children must be accompanied by an adult.
