You can watch some of the world’s top solo ice dancers, judged by officials who officiate at the very highest level of the sport, including the Olympic Games.

We’re especially proud to cheer on seven local skaters coached by Alexei Kislitsyn and Natalia Pestova, including British squad members Amelia and Anna Maria, who will be competing in front of a home crowd. Here they all are, pictured with the Mayor and Leader of the council.

The Leader of the council, Councillor Phil Riley said: “It’s fantastic to see Blackburn attracting international events such as this, helping to raise the town’s profile on the world stage and supporting our local economy at the same time.”

Tickets are available now via the Planet Ice Blackburn website.

Schools can also take advantage of a special buy one get one free offer for teachers and schoolchildren.
